I am guilty of buying books simply because my favourite BookTubers hauled them recently and I am probably not alone in this. Raise your hands if you do the same. 🙋 I have toned down my book buying recently and don’t just buy all the books making their rounds on BookTube. It wouldn’t be such a problem if I actually read the books I bought but for some reason I buy them and don’t read them. Continue reading “Books that BookTube made me Buy”
Welcome to my June Wrap Up 🙂
I can’t believe it is July already! Where does the time go? I feel like every year it just goes by quicker than the previous one. Anybody else feel that way? I am so ready for July mostly because Game of Thrones finally comes out. I am a huge fan of that show and need to know what going to happen. Any ways lets get on with it, in June I read 8 books and I have to say I did a good job with sticking to the books I wanted to read.
In March I broke down and bought so many books, 45 to be exact. I was trying not to buy books until I had read 50 books. Then BookOutlet was having a sale plus free shipping and I couldn’t resist. I now probably have 200 books that are unread on my shelves. Gulp. One day I will read them all, one day. After this I think I am going to have to go on a book buying ban.
I had a much better reading month in March than I anticipated. I finished 6 books and 4 novellas. Three of these were part of my March TBR and three were on my February TBR. Well, let’s just get on with my thoughts for the books I read.
For my April TBR I plan on finishing the two series I started in March, the Gemma Doyle Trilogy and the Delirium Series. I have also borrowed a book from the library that I would like to get to this month. I would also like to finish some of the books that were on my March TBR that I didn’t get to read like the Of Beast and Beauty and Cruel Beauty but I didn’t want to include them in this post because I would just be repeating myself.
