It is starting to feel like spring where I am from and I thought it would be a perfect time to do a spring related book tag. There was only one springtime book tag I could find and that is the I Love Spring Book Tag, so, without further ado let’s get on with the tag.

1) How is Spring where you live?

I live in Southwestern Ontario and Spring has been a mix of everything so far. We have had nice warm days, crazy rainstorms and even some snow. It mostly has been chilly and cloudy.

Hello,

There are a few books that are being released this spring that I am quite excited for and have even pre-ordered. There are six books that are being released this spring that I am looking forward to.

The Tea Girl of Hummingbird Lane by Lisa See

I have read three books by Lisa See and have enjoyed them all and I am excited for this one. The Tea Girl of Hummingbird Lane has already been released and it came out March 21st. I have yet to pick it up but hope to do that soon.

The Tea Girl of Hummingbird Lane is about the bond between mother and daughter. When Li-Yan becomes pregnant out of wedlock she abandons her baby at the nearest city. Monthly Wrap Up

It’s March and it will be spring soon enough. I guess I can’t complain too much since it has been an unseasonably warm February. Well enough about the weather and lets get on to the books I read in February. In total I read 5.5 books so, not quite the 10 books I planned on reading.

A Court of Mist and Fury by Sarah J. Maas

I finally finished A Court of Mist and Fury it definitely took me longer than I expected. I have to say I wasn’t crazy in love with it. It was better than the first one but I still felt like the plot was slow and somethings I felt were far fetched. I know it is a fantasy but still has to be believable. At least Feyrah was less annoying in this book and the romance realistic. I rated this 3 stars. Continue reading “February Wrap Up” →
