March Book Haul

In March I broke down and bought so many books, 45 to be exact. I was trying not to buy books until I had read 50 books. Then BookOutlet was having a sale plus free shipping and I couldn’t resist. I now probably have 200 books that are unread on my shelves. Gulp. One day I will read them all, one day. After this I think I am going to have to go on a book buying ban.

That’s all the books I added to my shelves this month and I have to be honest my bookshelf is overflowing with unread books. My boyfriend was curious to see how many books I have actually read from the books that I currently own, so we ended up counting all my books. And the verdicts is more than half of the books on my shelf are unread. I have 423 books in total and I have read 182 books and the other 241 remain unread. 241 is more than I can read in one year so most of those books will continue to go unread. I just tell myself that one day I will read them and I am building my own library. Does anyone else have a huge TBR pile? Let me know in the comments below. 🙂
