April TBR

For my April TBR I plan on finishing the two series I started in March, the Gemma Doyle Trilogy and the Delirium Series. I have also borrowed a book from the library that I would like to get to this month. I would also like to finish some of the books that were on my March TBR that I didn’t get to read like the Of Beast and Beauty and Cruel Beauty but I didn’t want to include them in this post because I would just be repeating myself.

Rebel Angels and The Sweet Far Thing by Libba Bray

April TBR Rebel Anges by Libba Bray

I read a Great and Terrible Beauty last moth and really liked it and don’t want to wait to continue the series. So, I will for sure be reading these two this month even if they are both over 500 pages.

If you aren’t familiar with the Gemma Doyle series it is set in Victorian London and has supernatural elements. Gemma is sent to an all girls school in London after the death of her mother, it is her Grandmother’s hope that she will become a proper lady of society, but while attending Spence Acadamy, Gemma stubbles upon a secret society.

Pandemonium and Requiem by Lauren Oliver

Pandemonium and Requiem are the 2nd and 3rd books in the Delirium series. I am interested in reading about what happens to Lena and Alex after that crazy ending in Delirium.

The Delirium series is about a Dystopian Society where love is a disease and you are cured from the disease at age 18.

(I accidentally deleted my Requiem picture. Oops)

Emily’s Ghost by Denise Giardina

I stopped by the Library because I clearly don’t have enough of my own books to read! haha Anyways I was browsing and Emily’s Ghost caught my eye so I figured why not sign it out and read it.

Emily’s Ghost is about the Bronte Sisters and that is really all I know about it. I have read books about the Bronte Sisters before and enjoyed them and I am sure I will like this one as well.

Well that is everything I hope to read this month I think it is a doable TBR and might actually finish them all… I just realized that I didn’t pick out a classic to read for the month or a non-fiction, maybe that is why it seems like an easy TBR. I think I shall read Peter Pan by J.M Barrie and not to sure about the non-fiction. What are some books you plan on reading this month? These books are a few years old has anyone read them? What did you think of them? Let me know in the comments below. 🙂
