I quite enjoyed this book it was fast-paced and I liked how the three girl’s friendship blossomed. I even enjoyed the romance that was introduced.
Summary
The revenge plot has been carried out so now the girls have to deal with the fall out. Some things didn’t go according to plan. Reeve was seriously injured and it was Lillia who ended up winning prom queen, between that and being kissed by Reeve, Rennie is icing out Lillia from the group. This leads Lillia to form a closer bond with Mary and Kat
After, what happened at the dance Mary is left confused and tries to figure out what is going on with her. When Mary confronts Reeve she is left feeling quite upset and wants more revenge. Hesitantly Kat and Lillia agree to do one more plot, which is to get Reeve to fall in love with Lillia and then break his heart.
My thoughts
Even though this book is quite chunky I was able to finish it quickly. The writing is easy and clear to read which I think is why you can get through it so fast. There is not much I can say about this book without spoiling but I will try my best. Again, with this book there were somethings that were pretty predictable but was still fun and enjoyable to read. There was one plot twist at the end that I was not expecting. I am happy that I have the third book and won’t be left hanging for very long. There is some romance in this novel and it is a love triangle so be prepared if that is something you are not fond of. I don’t have that much of a problem with love triangles but I know some people are.
I rated this a 3.5 out of 5 stars. I would recommend reading it’s a fun, easy read.
